God save the Pasta

The welfare society brought progress in every aspect of life, but its diet became more and more artificial, far from nature, in contrast with the sane biological principles that ruled the human being for some million years. The Mediterranean Diet is a remedy against this. The gourmets of all the world appreciate it because it has nothing artificial nor sophisticated. Thus, the revolution of taste starts with the matching of pleasure and health. It is easy and quick to prepare, and its cost is reasonable. It is a generic therapy, a must in the cure of food related diseases as obesity and avitaminosis. A rational but imaginative diet, as the Mediterranean is, is always suggested. Also when there is no real nutritional disease at all. Indeed, it is easier to prevent than to cure, and a sane diet will keep us far from illness.
